Per review of the Supreme Court, not only is this the highest level in the United States of America, but one of if not the highest forms of governance and authority in the entire world. Every single year, the Supreme Court receives over 7,000 consecutive petitions, however only 100 if not less are able to be approved every year for full consideration and a holistic review.
While it may seem that with such a heavy numeral of petitions not all would be completely reviewed, it has been verified that every single petition receives individual review, whether it be from a lawyer with years of experience, or a prisoner with no legal representation.
The court will always examine constitutional questions and place established facts to a less prioritized goal, as this court strictly operates on the constitution. At the beginning of each session, each justice shall shake one another's hands before speaking or making any sort of statement or testimony.
Justices enter with prepared positions; however, conference discussions can occasionally shift their views curating a slightly different outcome, but it is important to account this is less common as justices tend to remain strongly on their prior opinions and beliefs.
For the highly classified court to maintain its integrity and distance from public scrutiny potentially tampering with a case, it is required for absolutely no form of video recording devices or cell phones inside of the chamber. This has been a strictly monitored regulation since 1946.
As final remarks, the supreme court is an extremely high form of power in this country and though it may seem some thoughts are not taken into account, completing observations of short educational videos such as this can be a reassuring way to understand further of what the court needs to deal with and the challenges that may be involved.
